Catharinahoeve is a family-run farmhouse restaurant set in a historic 1684 building on Texel, serving Texel specialities at affordable prices. The menu features over 40 homemade pancakes alongside fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes, with a focus on local Texel ingredients. Families will appreciate the large outdoor playground and safe indoor play area upstairs, plus dedicated children’s meals. The cosy interior retains its original 1960s charm, complete with a crackling fireplace. Dogs are welcome, and the terrace offers drinks and snacks. In January and February, opening hours vary: closed Monday-Tuesday, open Wednesday-Saturday from 16:00, and Sunday from 10:00 (kitchen from 12:00).
