Restaurant Gusta on Texel crafts a seasonal dining experience rooted in the island’s natural rhythms. Using ingredients from their own farm—potatoes, beets, carrots, and grains—alongside produce from 40 local suppliers, 80% of the menu reflects Texel’s bounty. The kitchen blends Dutch Cuisine with modern twists, guided by five principles: culture, health, nature, quality, and value.

Guests can savour breakfast (08:00–10:30), lunch (12:00–18:00), or dinner (18:00–20:30), including a five-course Fien Dining tasting menu.
