Bij Jef Restaurant & Hotel on Texel blends local ingredients with cosmopolitan cuisine in its daily-changing Local meets Cosmopolitan menu. Choose between a seven-course dinner featuring garden produce, shellfish, fish, and Texel lamb, or a five-course selection of highlights. The restaurant opens Tuesday to Saturday (reception 18:30–19:30) and serves summer lunches on Saturdays in July and August. During Carnival, it extends opening to Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with the full signature menu.
