Surfschool Texel Paal 17

For 17 years, Surfschool Texel Paal 17 has welcomed surfers to the southern beach of De Koog on Texel, where waves suit both beginners and experienced surfers. Located 500 metres left from the main beach access at Paal 17, the school offers surf lessons and equipment rental, including surfboards and wetsuits. Professional instructors guide sessions, while hang mats provide a relaxed spot to unwind between waves.

Open weekends in April–June and September–October (until 15 October), and daily in July–August, weather permitting. Outside these months, the school is closed. For current conditions, reservations, or weekday sessions in spring, check the website or contact them directly.
