Manege Kikkert

Manege Kikkert is a one-woman riding school on Texel where both children and adults can learn horseback riding. Run by Jocelyn Kikkert, the stable offers lessons with a selection of horses and ponies in all sizes. Located next to the Polder Waal en Burg nature reserve, it provides a scenic setting for riding.

Beginners and experienced riders are welcome, with options for forest rides across the island. Visitors are encouraged to call ahead or send a WhatsApp/Signal message if no one is present upon arrival. Bring your own riding helmet and boots—preferably without zips on the inside—or shoes with a small heel, though a few loaner items are available. Payment is preferably made by card.
